Genetics, S.A. (Littau-Luzern, Switzerland), Eurogenetics U.K., Ltd., (Worcestershire, U.K.), Tosoh Biosep GmbH, (Stuttgart, Germany), Tosoh Medics, Inc. (San Francisco, U.S.A.), and Tosoh Biosep LLC (Pennsylvania, U.S.A.) have been unified under the name "TOSOH BIOSCIENCE." This represents a key strategic move in the overall strengthening process for the global Tosoh Group.

Through the sharing of information and technology, unification will bring about more efficient use of resources and provide for collaborative research, development, and marketing efforts. The company's goal is to support the industry through constant technological innovations, and that is best achieved through making the utmost use of Tosoh's network. Tosoh continues to invest resources to strengthen market position for diagnostic as well as bioseparation-related systems and products.
