Tokyo, Japan—Tosoh has begun sales of its severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) detection kit for dedicated use with its established automated TRCR real-time molecular analyzer, TRCReady-80, in Japan.
TRCReady SARS-CoV-2 will make testing of SARS-CoV-2 possible in only about 40 minutes when used in combination with the company’s highly sensitive and easy-to-operate automated TRCR real-time molecular analyzer, TRCReady-80. This will greatly reduce the workload of medical and testing personnel, and can only strengthen testing and help prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
